Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright, NEW YORK, December 28. i (Received December 29, at 10.5 Chicago December wheat broke 4 cents, sending all grain prices sharply down and weakening the markets throughout the country. Large receipts of December wheat pouring in, with the delivery date a few days’ removed, caused “ long-holders ” to start selling, with a rush that swamped the pit.
