Book, 1927.’ This is the thirty-fifth issue of this publication, and to show how it has grown it may bo stated that the Tear Book of 1921-22 consisted of 616 pages, while on this occasion there are 1,056 pages. The publication contains a mass oi detailed information covering every phase of activity in the dominion, and it will .he found extremely useful to those living in- New Zealand who wish to have available in a concise form facts and figures relating to our industries, wealth, resources, and conditions generally ; but it will also be found a handy source of reference. to those who go abroad and may desire to supply information about our country. Three new sections are included in this number.. One is on roads, including an article on main highways; another is on legislation specially- affecting Labor; and the third is an extension of the wealth and income section dealing with public and private wealth, together with figures showing the value of land holdings.
