LONDON, December 28. (Received December 29, at 9.5 a.ra.) The Government is converting 5 per cent. Treasury bonds and 4 and 5 per cent, national war bonds, aggregating about £343,000,000, into a 4 per cent, consolidate'd loan redeemable m 1957.
