WOOL. LONDON, December 23. At Bradford the wool market is quiet. No business is passing, and quotations are unaltered. BUTTER AND CHEESE. LONDON] December 23. Butter is <juiet. New Zealand control prices, lids to 172 s for finest and 100 sto 164 s for stored; Australian choicest—Salted, 164 s to 170 s; unsalted, 167 sto 1725. Danish is very firm at 182 s. Cheese is slow. New Zealand, 95s to _ 965; Australian—Colored, 935; white, 955. WHEAT, FLOUR, ETC. LONDON, December 23. Wheat cargoes are fully steady, but buyers are still reserved. Parcels are fully firm. Australians and River Plates are still in demand, and sales were made at 55s 3d to 55s 6d. Liverpool futures—December, 11s 4Jd; March buyers, 10s 6|d; May buyers, 10s 4-Jd. Spot trade is slow, with a holiday tone. Barley: Australian Chevalier, ox store, 475. Oats are steady, and peas and beans are quiet. The egg trade is very slow; Australian, 16s to 18s. COTTON, RUBBER, ETC. LONDON, December 24. Cotton: Liverpool quotation, January delivery, 6.64 d per lb. Rubber; Fine hard Para, 16id per lb; plantation and smoked, 19d. Jute: Indian native, first marks, De-cember-Jnnuary shipment, £3O 10s per ton. Now Zealand Hemp; October-Decem-bor shipment, £33 10s. Copra: South Sen, Decemher-Janu-arv shipment, £24 11s 3d per ton. Linseed Oil: £3l 10s per ton, equal to 2s 6Jd per gallon. Turpentine: 60s 3d per cwt, equal to 4s 6Jd per gallon. MEAT. LONDON, December 23.
