ARREST EFFECTED [Pza United Press Association.] » WELLINGTON, December 21. Indicted on September 8 on a charge of breaking and entering, and also of attempting to break and enter, Albert Edward Duncan was acquitted to bail in £2OO. He failed to appear in the Supreme Court, and was subsequently located by the New South Wales police. They made him undergo an education test, in which he failed, and he was placed aboard the Manama. He was arrested on the arrival of the vessel this morning and committed to prison under warrant to stand trial early in the new year.
