SKY-SCRAPERS
NEW YORK’S LATEST. NEW YORK, December 10. New York architects announce two office buildings* each of sixty-five storys, which will overshadow the Woolworth (sixty) and the Metropolitan Life (fifty) sky-scrapers. A new apartment house for the wealthy, being erected near the river, has a yacht basin in the basement and a landing platform for aeroplanes on the roof. This, too, will he a skyscraper.
