Notice is hereby given that the Otago Harbor Board proposes to Adopt a now By-law fixing new Harbor Improvement Rates on Imports and Exports, containing provisions as to transhipment of goods, fixing a now Harbor Improvement Rate in .regard to ovcrlanded goods, exempting certain vessels from pilotage rates, fixing new port charges in respect of vessels and goods, providing for a minimum charge for pilotage and port charges, and provide ino* for refunds in case of coal and fuel oif.
