The damage is estimated at £15,000. __ LOCAL GOODS PREFERENCE SYDNEY, October 20, The Assembly passed the Bill compelling local and municipal bodies to give preference to Australian-made goods. Mr Lang stated that a Greater Sydney Bill, including a drastic preference clause applying to the City Council, would bo introduced as soon as possible.
