Ho will assume office in March. [Tho Hon. Francis Stanley Jackson was born on November 21, 1870. Ho was a famous cricketer, and has repeatedly played for Gentlemen v. Players and in All England teams, some of which he captained. Ho served in the South African War, and was Financial Secretary to tho War Office from 1922 to 1923. He has been chairman of tho Unionist Party since March, 1923, ayid has represented the Howdenshire Division of Yorkshire in the House of Commons since 1915.]
