A PADEREWSKI SEASON
£20,000 FOR TWENTY CONCERTS
LONDON, September 20.
A record guarantee of £20,000 for twenty concerts in Australia is provided for by a clause in Messrs J. and N. Tait’s contract with Paderewski, who will arrive in Sydney on March 12 via Vancouver.
[lgnace Jan Paderewski, whose fame as a pianist is world-wide, was born in 1859 in Poland, of which country he was Prime Minister in 1919.]
