RUSSIAN MARRIAGES
THE CIVIL CEREMONY,
INVALID IN HUNGARY,
LONDON, September 22. The Hungarian Supremo Court has dismissed a charge against a Russian who was married in Russia and remarried in Hungary, declaring that Russian civil marriages were invalid in Hungary, because they were often contracted for week-ends, and even dissolved the same day. Therefore they offended normal ideas of morality, and could not be regarded seriously.
