A MILLIONAIRE’S SCHEME. LONDON, August 2(1. A millionaire business man living at Biarritz has hired two giant planes from 'lmperial Airways. Ltd. These will lie fitted up as flying offices. Equipped with tables and typewriters, (hey will be used on visits to financiers throughout Europe and also to convey financiers to Biarritz. The millionaire wanted a third plane, hut as the cross-Channel services are very busy he could not be supplied at present.
