At Christchurch yesterday, Canterbury College defeated , Otago ’Varsity by 9 points to 8 in a game full of incident, though seldom brilliant, .The local team deserved their, win, and if the goal kicking had been better the margin would have been greater for the winners. Loveridge, Dickson, and Brassing scored for the home team. Webb scored two tries for Otago, Nicholson converting one.
