Common, medium, and good broken orange pekoe realised 14) annas, 15 annas, and 16 annas respectively; broken pekoe 14) annas and 142 annas; tannings, 12) annas, 13 annas, and 14.) annas.—A. and N.Z. Messrs Park, Reynolds, Ltd., hst evening held a very successful sale cf the subdivision of fourteen building sites fronting Bay View road end Surrey street, Forbury. portion of Ihe land owned by the Otago Rugby Foul ball League (incorporated). The attendance wag exceptionally large, and each lot as it came up was keenly competed for, especially section 14, the corner allotment.
