(Received August 4, at 10.25 a.m.) In the House of Commons Mr Winston Churchill (Chancellor of the Exchequer) said that M. Poincare bad informed him that the French Chamber would be asked to ratify the British debt-funding agreement as soon ns possible, not later than the autumn. The agreement would include the two letters exchanged between himself and M. Caillaux, which formed an integral part.—A. and N.Z. Cable.
