A PLEA OF GUILTY [Per United Press Association.] CHRISTCHURCH, August 3. Cyril T. Mosley, a well-known accountant, was charged i/o-day with receiving various sums, ranging from £l6 to £3OO, and fraudulently failing to account for them to Seafield. Ltd. Witnesses gave evidence that they bought sections at Brookfields and paid tin money to tho accused as secretary. An auditor said the defalcations totalled about £1,900. Mosley pleaded guilty and was committed for sentence.
