[Peb United Pbess Association.] AUCKLAND, June 15. In the Police Court, John Thomas Newberry, a trimmer on the Port Melbourne, charged with the theft of cutlery from the cargo, was sentenced to one month in gaol, he to be returned to the ship when she sails from New Zealand.
