The Secretary-General of the League of Nations has received a telegram from the Brazilian Foreign Ministry, conveying the decision of the Brazilian Government to cease its membership of the League ot Nations in accordance with Arficle 1. of the Covenant, adding that Brazil will not participate in the meeting of the League Assembly in September.—Reuter.
