(Received Juno 14, at 9.45 a.m.) The Riga correspondent of ‘ The Times ’ states that the Third International,’ in declaring that the failure of the British coal strike will be a severe blow to the revolutionary movement, has ordered the workers to continue the maximum financial support, for which a compulsory deduction from their wages will lie made. It has also drawn up a list of immediate tasks in connection with the strike for the British Communists, including the enlistment of unemployed, the publication of a Communist daily paper, the placarding of walls with nows bulletins, and the stimulation of Communism in all British industries, including shipping. The newspaper ‘ Pravcla ’ declares that Britain’s black heart has already ceased beating, and that the Britsh Empire is sinking as surely as did the liner Titanic.—' 1 The Times.’
