LEAGUE COUNCIL'S DECISIONS QUESTION OF LIQUOR TRAFFIC. Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyrigt l GENEVA, June 9. (Received June 10, at 12.30 p.m.) The League Council endorsed the opinion of the Mandates Commission in regard to the question of the military recruiting of the inhabitants of mandated territories and outside such territories. It requested the Mandates Commission to consider the views of the mandatory Powers in regard to defining the terms concerning the liquor traffic, and to inform the council before September of such conclusions as it might reach as the result of a further examination of the question.— Reuter.
