The Tangier correspondent °f the ‘Daily Nows’ says that the ErancoSpaiiish negotiations are demanding that Abdul Krim recognise limb the temporal and spiritual power of the Sultan of Morocco, the complete disarmament of the J!ills, military policing of the Riff territory hy the French and Spanish, the Spanish occupation of strategic points, and economic relations regarding the vertilo valleys of North Ouergha.
