VANCOUVER, April 12
A message from Gagina (Sa-katcim-wan) says that the Cn-opera Live. Nova tor Company, the- largest grain com pany in Ike world, lollo.viuy; a discussion’ which lasted for two days, voted to accept the oifor of the Saskatchewan Wheat Pool to purchase the assets and business of the company, the total purchase to he fixed hy arbitration. The Pool’s offer involved a payment prior to the meeting of 500.000 dollars, a second payment of i.oUti.OltO dollars on August 1, 1920, and annual payments thereafter of dollars, —■neuter.
