PLOT TO ASSASSINATE CHANG SOVIET AGENTS INVOLVED. Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright TOKIO, April 11, (Receiied April 12, at 9.5 a.m.) A report from Dairen discloses a plot to assassinate Chang Tso-lin, in which Soviet agents aro involved. The plotters wore discovered importing bombs inside clocks.
Chang has ordered the deportation of the Soviet Vice-Consul at Mukden, and a number of Soviet propagandists along the Eastern Railway. Chineso-Rnssian friction in Manchuria is increasing.—Sydney ‘Sun’ Cable.
