RUBBER HARVEST. The secretary of tho Dominion Rubber Company reports that lie is in receipt of a cablegram from the estate advising that the crop of rubber harvested during Marcli was 42,0001 b. The dividend paid by the National Mortgage and Agency Company of New Zealand, Lid., for the year ended Sepf ember 30 was 3s a share and bonus of 2s, both free of income tax. Tim net profit was £37.COL and, with £14,348 bi-ought forward, the sum at the credit of profit and loss account at the end of the year was £sl,(Hi), or £9,476 more than was shown a year earlier. Capital is £250,n00, and the resurve fund £290,000. Outside liabilities consist of an issue of debentures of £761.965, sundry creditors, etc., £512.087, loans, etc., £103,041 ; or a total of £1,3(17,603.
