(Received Alarch 15, at 11 a.m.) The Independent Labor Party’s- Empire Commission’s report urges the establishment of a world organisation of free people, eo-operation in production and distribution of products, the British Government to purchase the dominion’s surplus, and all Governments to own ships. The report advocates that Ambassadors should replace the High Commissioners, Britain to send Ambassadors to the dominions.—Sydney ‘Sun’- Cable.
