PEKING, February 27. It is reported from'Tientsin that tho adu-.ncc guard of Li Ching-lin’s Fengtieu troops occupied Matu-hang, and is advancing along the railway. Tho third division of Kuo Min-chin’s army, which was demoralised owing to a lack of funds, ammunition, and food, has been replaced by two divisions from the First Army.—Router.
