Signor Luzzatti, an ex-Prcmicr, in an article in ‘ Message™,’ recalls that Edward 111., did not repay a Loan of 1,500,000 florins from the Florentine bankers in DMo, and that the interest thereon at 2} per cent, wipes out the whole of Italy’s present debt to Bri-tain.-—Sydney ‘ Sun ’ Cable.
