NF.W METHOD OF ARREST,
BERLIN, December 20
An electrician named Lnllert has invented an apparatus to enable a policeman to arrest a criminal with a mere touch of the finger, by which the evildoer would he rendered unconscious. It consists of a, battery induction coil, the very powerful current from which, is transmitted by hidden wires to the policeman’s hand. The Government is negotiating for tho purchase.
