Cooper, Simpson, Smith, Sneddon, Fra ter, Player, Sami, •lers, Anthony. The twelfth man is Pestles. It is intended to include several younger players against Gantt rhnrv.
The Otago team will leave for the north by the 8.10 train on Thursday morning.

Tilden was unexpectedly defeated by Richards in an exhibition match for a Christmas fund, in which he participated on Saturday at the rsk of suspension, after the United States Lawn Tennis Association had declined to sa net ion the event. Four other leading also participated, despite the ban.— Rcnier.
