MANUKA STILL HELD UP.

The Manuka, scheduled to sail at 11 last night, was unable to sail owing to having one- trimmer short, and they firemen refusing to sail without the full complement. Twelve men signed off yesterday, and eleven signed on. Several others were available, butthe cloven refused to work with nnv of them, as they were nmi-uuionists.
