LONDON, December 11
A Belfast message states that a platoon of special constables at Ballycastle (Antrim), resenting their breaking up owing to the Boundary Agreement, mutinied. They seized arms and ammunition and detained their officers and non-commissioned officers. The Derry city const-allies have telegraphed to Sir James Craig demanding a gratuity, and in the meantime they have seized tho stores and equipment.— Svdncy ‘ Sun ’ Cable-
