'Gappy Ricks.” the delightful nautical comedy, kept the audience at His Majesty’s Theatre bubbling with mirth a tram last evening. Mr Ward Ljons, as the “go-getting” _ shipping magnate gave a realistic interpretation ot the central figure of the piece, whilst an equally outstanding performance was given by Air Herbert Stallard as Matt Peasley, Gappy’s business rival. Mr Donald Nicol aided and abetted in the more farcical situations in Jus “silly ass” role. Miss Alary MacGregor, Miss Loris Bingham, and Alias Slary Macrao filled tbo fonaalo parts with charm. ‘ , t , • Gappy Ricks will he staged again this evening.
