NEW ZEALAND’S MODEL REPORT. GENEVA, October 20. The Mandates Commission, in the presence of Sir James Allen and Mr Gray, dealt with the report of the New Zealand Government on the administration of Western Samoa from April 1, 1924, to March 31, 1925. Mr Gray replied fully to the questions of the Commission, which paid a tribute to New Zealand’s successful administration of Samoa.
