A OEIAHD DECLINED [Per United Press Association.] WELLINGTON, October G, As tho result of a dispute between the members of the crew of tho coastal steamer Tees, the vessel is at present held up at Wellington. Sho was to have sailed last evening for ‘Westport and Groymouth with a general cargo, but the members of the crow demanded the discharge of certain members of tho ship’s complement. Captain Dowell, the mastej of the Tees, said he could not agree to meet the demand of tho men, and the ship was consequently unable to leave port.
