BRITISH ARMY MANOEUVRES GOVERNMENT ALIVE TO SITUATION. Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright. LONDON, October 2. (Received October 3, at 1.30 a.m.) The Attorney-General , states that during tho recent Army manoeuvres there were scattered over the area of operations papers inciting troops to mutiny and disobedience. The Government was fully alivo to tho situation, and, if necessary, would ask Parliament for further powers to suppress sedition.—Reuter.
