Tchitchorin lasted till 4 in the morning. They did not result in tlie signature to tho proposed Russo German commercial agreement, chiefly owing to the Soviet demanding a loan of 200,000,000 mairks to purchase agricultural and other machinery, while the Germans are unwilling to grant more than 100,000 marks. The German Foreign Office Commission will shortly go to Moscow, and hopes to arrive at a satisfactory solution.—Reuter.
