Cooper Clothing Company v. Reginald Murdock, clothing supplied, £l3 13s; Reddells, Ltd. v. A. -J. Huddleston, Oturehua, £6 19s; Watkins, Neilson, Ltd. v. M. Valoli, Roxburgh, goods supplied, £lO 10s; G. A. v. T. Hussey, Invercargill, goods supplied, £1 4s 4 cl. HOUSE CLAIMED BY BRIDAL PAIR. Because the house was wanted by the purchaser as a house for herself and her intended husband from the date of their marriage in one month’s time, William Luther Moore, solicitor (Air A. G. Neill), vendor of the property, claimed from A. Gooseiuan (Mr Simpson), the tenant, possession of a house at 8 Mason street, South Dunedin, occupied by the defendant at O weekly rental of 17s 6d. After plaintiff had given formal evidence of the sale of the property to the purchaser —a nurse—the intending bridegroom, Horatio Nelson Park, confirmed the statement th at had been made by plaintiff as to the motive of the claim. , . , Mr Neill added that the intending bridegroom had declined to go on with the ceremony unless the house was available as a home for his future wife. Mr Simpson, for the defendant, said that it was not known until then that such a reason existed.
