There is an imposing list of sporting events for chronicle to-morrow night, amongst these being the second League test at Auckland, the interprovincial League gome between Canterbury and Auckland, the Rugby Union encounters between our touring team and Wellington, between Auckland and Hawke’s Bay, and between New South Wales and Poverty Bay; the important Soccer match at the " Gale." for tho Peter Dawson Cup, between Otago and Canterbury; the ladies’ hockey match, Otago v. Southland | tha Wanganui Races and tho Timaru Trots. Our artist’s cartoon amusingly caricatures recent Soccer troubles.
