Frank’s canine statuary is another meritorious item on the hill. Neil M'Kay, a Scottish comedian with a wondrous fund of exhilarating Caledonian stories, is one of the favorites. Billy Maloney (songs), Alder Trio (trapeze artists), and the Columbia Syncopators (jazz band) are the other contributors. There will bo a matinee to-morrow.
