RAILWAY JIGGERS.
TO THE EDITOR. ' Sir, —Can you or any of your readers inform me if the railway surfacemen are allowed to use the jiggers or trolleys after their working hours to attend dances, keg parties, or anything of that sort? I understand die ’department supplies the men with the above vehicles to perform their railway duties. It is no unusual thing for the above practice to be carried on ary night of the week or on Sundays.—l am, etc., Fair Pray, No Favor. August 19.
