Air Sampson (South Africa) who presided at tlio British Couvniouewalth of Labor Conference at Westminster today, suggested making the conference an annual function. A resolution was passed supporting the demand of India for immediate self-government. A discussion on international Labor legislation ended without a resolution being adopted, but the chairman submitted it as the opinion of tho meeting that for the future the conferences of the International Labor Office should he at Geneva, and that tho Governments .should bo pressed to give representation to tho Crown Colonies, protectorates, and mandated territories. —•lieuter.
