MEN NOT AT WORK TO-DAY [Pun UxiiT'.n Prkss Association.] GREYMOUTH, July 29. The State mines and other Coast mines are idle to-dny. The men gave no reason for their refusal to work, but it is understood to ho a onc-day strike as a protest against the prosecution of the Millerton miners by the Labor .Department for a recent strike. Presumably the men will ho willing to resume to-morrow.
