RUM FLEET IN SIGHT CARGOES BELIEVED LANDED Frees Association—By Telegraph—Copyright. NEW YORK, July 27. (Received July 28, at 12.45 p.m.) A motor ship, a. steamer, and a schooner, all largo rumrunners Hying the British Hag, were sighted oil Tanner Bank on July 20 by the coastguard cutter Vaughan. It is believed that most of the liquor cargoes were successfully cached in islands off the Californian coast. Two of the vessels have departed for parts unknown, and the third is tied up fifty-six miles southwest of Ban Diego.—Reuter.
