CONFERENCE CONCLUDED The conference of tho Beal Estate Institute of Now Zealand ended to-day. OFFICE-BEARERS. Tho following officers wore elected:— President, Air P. B. Hcslop; Otago, Mr B. 1). Ritchie; S-ruii Canterbury, Mr R. Rickman; Taranaki, Air E. Ik Humphries; Wanganui, Mr E. E. Biffiton; Waikato, Mr A. Snrby; Wellington, Ah' U. E. Manley; secre-tary-treasurer, Air W. J. A. Thomson (Auckland) ; auditor, Air H. C. Towsloy (Auckland). APPR FiCIATION EXPRESSED. Air Ritchie spoke of the splendid work done by Air G. B. Osmond, and the following motion proposed by him was carried That tho delegates attending the annual meeting of the Real Estate Institute of Now Zealand held at Dunedin, desire to extend to Mr G. B. Osmond, of Auckland, their cordial and grateful thanks for and appreciation of the magnificent work he did in past years in laying tho foundations of land agents’ associations and tho Real Estate Institute of New Zealand.” DISTRICTS NOT AFFILIATED. The question of nnaffiliated districts was mentioned, and it was resolved to take steps to bring about their affiliation to tho institute, VOTES OP THANKS.

A vote of thanks was accorded the Dunedin newspapers for the help given to tho conference, members mentioning that they had received greater consideration in Dunedin than elsewhere. Thanks wore also tendered to tho chairman, and to tho Otago Real Estate Institute, for its hospitality, as well as to Air R. Hanning for his help. VISIT TO EXHIBITION.

This afternoon, delegates and members of tlio local institute visited tho Exhibition buildings at .Logan Park, piloted by Mr H. R. Spence (secretary of tho Exhibition Company).
