The Overseas Trade Department has created a new post—that of InspectorGeneral of Overseas Trade Services — and has appointed to the position Air W. J. Glenny, who at present occupies a high post,'mud whoso duties will include the co-ordination of the work of the Trade Commissioners all over the Empire and similar officials in foreign countries.
