PRISONERS SENTENCED
[Per United Press Association.] CHRISTCHURCH, July 21. In the Supreme Court prisoners were, sentenced «»s follows:—Robert Abercrombie Brown (theft of moneys from bis employer), three years’ imprisonment; Matilda Ewing, aged forty-one, married (theft of an overcoat), was admitted to probation, provided that she entered the Salvation Army Home; Eric James Richardson, aged sixteen (burglary), was sentenced to three years in the Borstal Institute.
