SHOT WHILE SLEEPING
ASSAILANT COMMITS SUICIDE TRAGEDY AT PERTH Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright, Australian and N.A. Press Association. PERTH, June 27. Two young women, nam»* Stella Maura and Doyle, were sleeping in a bungalow in an hotel at Rockingham. Miss Doyle left tho room for a few minutes, and returning found Moore with a bullet wound in her face and a man lying dead alongside tire bed, with a bullet through his head. Moore is not in a serious condition. It is stated that the, dead man was her husband. He crept into the room, and shot her and then himself. Some weeks ago Moore, who was a resident of Geraldton, informed the police that his wife was missing. Ho traced her to Rockingham. Jealousy is supposed to bo the cause of the tragedy.
