APPEAL COURT
FIXING DATES [Pf.r United Press Association.]. WELLINGTON, Juno 29. The Appeal Court met to-day and fixed dates for a number of cases, then adjourning to Wednesday. In Wilkinson and Alexander v. Bessitt, an appeal allowed at last session, respondent was given leave to appeal to the Privy Council, provided that security was given for £SOO within a month, and that appellant within three months gives security for the amount of the judgment awarded against him.
