(Received June 29, at 1.10 p.m.) It is learned that there is definite evidence that both the Commonwealth and the Australian Slates will be borrowing in America in the near future. Negotiations tiro in progress with tho full approval of the British Government and the Bank of England. It is .stall'd in financial circles that the money is not available in liritain at present to finance the dominions’ undertakings. Though doubtless it would he forthcoming it sufficiently liberal terms were offered, it would he raised only at the expense of some other undertakings. —Svdnev 1 .Sun ’ Cable.
