BOOKING AHRAKGEMEfiTS To-in'cht attention is drawn to the booking arrangements ft>i' the Harry Lauder .■season, there has been an enormous nuiuber of inquiries for seals at Tho Bristol, but in fairness to that oirice it should bo stated that ;t is no fault, of theirs that the booking cannot open till Wednesday. .Preparations have to be made tor the whole season’s bookings and everything arranged so that when Uic boohing opens there wid bo no hitches, and seats for any particular performance can he at the immediate disposal of the inquirer, ’that Sir Harry is going to have a record season there is now ho doubt. Sir Harry cannot return to New Zealand. This is regrettable, but true. Sir Harry knows his physical limitations, and intends to finish as he began—quietly and without any fuss. Ho will attend one or two functions in Invercargill, Dunedin, Christchurch, Wellington, and Auckland just to meet his friends in close communion and say a few words of farewell; but tt the theatre lie will put on one of the biggest and most comprehensive programmes of his career, including ail his newest numbers, ‘ Hie Boss o the Hoo&e,’ 1 The I.ml oi tho Hoad. etc. Supporting Sir liarry will be a company of international artists, including \\. V. Robinson (Canadian entertainer), Lddio Gray (in his diamond hoop juggling), tho Hilo Duo (Hawaiian singers and instrumentalists), liarry Moore (royal paper manipulator), Lydia Crime and Jack Kelleway (whirlwind expert dancers), and Charias Avcs and specially-imported orchestra. Children will bo admitted to tho matinee at half-price. Country patrons will bo attended to in strict priority of date of receipt, and telephone calls will ieoeive .attention*
